The villa occupies a prime spot up in the Bophut hills on the northern coast of Koh Samui, just 10 minutes away from the airport and Chaweng. The famous pophut “Fisherman Village”, which is a short drive from the villa, provides stunning sunrise and sunsets views and dominates the neighboring island of Koh Phan Ngan. Bophut area has a great selection of neighborhood hangouts and fine restaurants if you ever feel like venturing out to explore what this quaint island has to offer.

Ban Kinaree strikes an idyllic balance between contemporary grandeur and Thai-Balinese timelessness. Solid wood carved doors and water features gives away an authentic tropical atmosphere that runs through the spacious house. The lavish rooms and dining areas are generous flanked by floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, enabling abundant natural light into the wood-clad interiors.

There are five spaciously laid out king suites built within three pavilions. Two are in the main house, enviably connected to a 20m terrace that overlooks Bophut Bay. Two ground-floor bedrooms are closer to the generous infinity pool, while the last one is in a separate pavilion for maximum privacy. Each of the seaview bedrooms features an oversized sleeping area and a grand en suite bathroom with both shower and high-tech bathtub, along with comprehensive home entertainment in the form of a large flat panel TV and DVD player.

The large infinity-edge swimming pool reaches out to a stellar view of greenery and ocean. There is a full bar and BBQ on the sala, and a luxurious Jacuzzi attached to the pool.

The residence has been thoughtfully laid out to combine optimal privacy and the nature into a sense of wellbeing. There is plenty communal space for entertaining guests and hosting private parties as well.
